where is this from and where was it

in respone to my own question natalie livingston is tyler christophers girlfriend and they are both good friends to freddie and sarah the party was at a mexican restuarant sometime in march i believe, tyler and natalie were also at the screening when they were showing the pilot of 'freddie' and they playing of the next episode
